MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, OWAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NIGERIA-OGAN


 


Special greetings to my great Owan Nation's Ambassadors.

In Owan General Assembly of Nigeria-OGAN, one of the significant attribute that makes us standout is that as a member here, you represent your immediate constituency which is your village in this General Assembly. In order words, we are like parliament where burning issues of Owan Nation’s development is being discussed for a solution through alternative Governance system.

So, you are the one to draw development to your community from here but first, you must connect to your community/constituency to be able to get facts about the needed infrastructural facilities in your community/constituency.  

My fellow Owan Nations Development Ambassadors, time has come for us to take Owan Development issues seriously therefore, I want to appeal that all hands must be on desk to be able to achieve this task that we have gradually and voluntarily taking up by ourselves.

We must realize that no one can build Owan Nation for us! No one can build our constituency for us! Only Owan citizens can build Owan Nation.  So let’s make a difference collectively by reaching to all Owan thriving sons and daughters all around the world to key into our alternative governance system and make life better for our people.

As part of efforts to end Water Sanitation and Hygiene threat in Owan Nation, In November last year 2022, we started a fundraise for the procurement of *A BOLE HOLE DRILLING MACHINE for Owan Nation and by God’s grace we shall buy it this year 2023 one funds is completed. When we succeed in this water project there should no community that should lack portable water in the entire Owan Nation.

I want to specially use this opportunity to appreciate one of our thriving Son Amb. Greg Uanseru for the role he played in the recent time through alternative governance system by paying off electricity bill to the amount of N70,000,000 to restore light to half of Owan East. Indeed, he's Owan Nation Development Ambassador per excellence. (God bless you Sir).
