***NEW YEAR MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, OWAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NIGERIA-OGAN TO OWAN NATION CITIZENS***

 


Dearest Owan Nation Citizens,

As we embark on a new year, I want us to take a moment to reflect on the development journey we have taken so far and to inspire you all with a heartfelt motivational message. The year 2023 may have brought its fair share of challenges and setbacks, but let us not allow those obstacles to dampen our spirits or cloud our vision for the future.

2024 is a year filled with endless possibilities and opportunities waiting to be seized. It is a year where we can all play an active role in shaping our destiny and making positive changes in our communities through alternative Governance System which is our pet project. Together, we can transform Owan Nation into a beacon of hope, progress, and prosperity. It should be noted that one of the core objectives of OWAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NIGERIA-OGAN is to unite all Owan Micro-Ethno Associations to have a common development voice in Owan Nation.

Let us remember that our greatest strength lies in our unity. As citizens of Owan Nation, we are bound by shared values, dreams, and aspirations. No matter our differences, it is our collective effort and collaboration that will propel us forward. Let us set aside personal interests and work towards a common goal - the development and upliftment of our beloved Owan nation as no one can develop it for us.

In this new year, let us strive to build a society that promotes inclusivity and equal opportunities for all. Let us empower our youth with quality education, skills, and resources so that they can become the leaders and innovators of tomorrow. Let us support our women and encourage their active participation in decision-making processes, ensuring their voices are heard and their contributions valued.

Owan Nation is blessed with abundant natural resources, and it is our responsibility to protect and preserve them for future generations.
